Our facility boasts beautifully renovated interior spaces and tranquil exterior spaces that include a spacious swimming pool and pool-side bar as well as our Biergarten.

The Best New Venue for Special Events of All Sizes and Occasions 

Our beautiful and serene location offers a spacious reception area with a chic industrial look. We've outfitted the property with a Bridal Suite, Groom's Lounge, and large outside patio area. Idlewood provides the perfect setting for any-size group and is currently accepting bookings for special events such as weddings, corporate parties, and charity events.  We are also the perfect spot for all of life’s celebrations; birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, bridal or baby showers, and retirement parties. No matter the occasion, we work with you to get every detail perfect. Come be a guest at your own party and leave the planning to the Idlewood Events team and Millenia Event Catering.

The Idlewood Events team is led by Account Executive Hannah Cummings.  A graduate of UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality, Hannah has been sharing her talent with Millenia Catering for five years and will now oversee our services at Idlewood as well as our entire  Polk County market. Hannah and her team can't wait to meet you and share more about how our incredible venue is the perfect fit for your special events!

When we're not helping you plan a memorable soiree, we're hosting community ticketed events that allow the entire family to experience our newest venture through EventBrite.com driven ticket sales.

Here are two upcoming events that you won't want to miss:

• Brunch with Santa. Taking place on Sunday, December 22nd and offering a choice of two seating times at 10am or 12pm, your purchased ticket provides reserved seating for the buffet brunch, mimosas for the adults and plenty of time to visit with Santa Claus. • Mother's Day Brunch. On Sunday, May 10th we will help you celebrate the special women in your life.  The delicious buffet will be accompanied by complimentary beer, wine, and mimosas. Cool Off During the Dog Days of Summer with a Three-Month Pool Membership

In addition to these special holiday events, we also have our summer membership. We are excited to offer for purchase a three-month membership that grants you and your family access to the pool as well as the option of ordering from our on-site bar and grill, Copper. It's a fun and fantastic way to get to know our team and our business as we extend our offerings from Orlando to Bartow.
